This website and e-mail are operated by netcup GmbH (product Webhosting 8000); according to the provider, the web hosting used is located in Nuremberg, Germany. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 DSGVO was concluded with netcup on 20 October 2026 (web hosting and e-mail).
When the website is accessed, the web server’s access log, according to the host, processes the IP address, the time of the request, the requested path and method, the HTTP status, the volume of data transferred, the referrer and the user agent; error logs also exist. The purpose is the technical provision, stability and security of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO; my legitimate interest is the secure and stable operation, in particular the detection and prevention of faults and attacks. For this domain, log rotation is enabled (daily, at most 14 log files); according to the host, access and mail server logs are kept for no longer than 14 days. According to the host, the mail server logs contain only connection data, not the contents of your e-mails.
E-mail contact
If you write to me by e-mail, I process your sender address, your name (where provided), the content of your message and any attachments in order to handle and answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO. My legitimate interest is to handle and answer incoming enquiries. I keep the message for as long as is necessary to deal with your request and any follow-up questions, and delete it when it is no longer needed and no retention obligations apply.

Your rights
